Accessibility
Travel that works for you.
We'd rather know what you need before we suggest anything. Here's how we approach accessibility, at the properties and on this site.
Choosing the right stay
Every property on our list has an accessibility note written by the team member who visited it: step-free routes, lift access, accessible rooms and bathrooms, distances to restaurants and the pool, and anything that might surprise you on arrival. Ask your specialist for the notes on any stay you're considering.
- Accessible rooms with roll-in showers and wider doorways, where the property offers them.
- Ground-floor or lift-served rooms confirmed before you book, not on arrival.
- Assistance dogs: we check the property's policy and local rules for you.
- Transfers with wheelchair-accessible vehicles arranged on request.
- Dietary requirements passed to the property ahead of your stay.
This website
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site works with keyboard navigation and screen readers, text can be resized without loss of content, colour contrast meets the recommended ratios, and animation is switched off for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
If anything here doesn't work for you, please tell us and we'll fix it.
Ask for what you need
Use the contact form and choose "Accessibility", or call the number on the contact page. The earlier you tell us, the more we can arrange before you travel.
