How credit works
- Credit is added to your account the day after you check out.
- Use it on any future stay, in full or in part, with no minimum.
- Credit stays valid for 24 months from the date it was earned.
- Tier status is reviewed each January based on the previous year's nights.
Good to know
Credit is personal to your account and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. Stays cancelled before arrival don't earn credit. Where a property offers its own loyalty scheme, you can usually use both.
